March Pics

Wow can't believe how this year is flying.  Usually March drags on forever waiting for Spring Break in April to come.  We had some really nice weather so I got a bunch of walks in, and some not so great weather that I did some quilting. 

Picnic quilt

 It's been a while since I've shared a quilt picture.  When I bought this fabric I instantly thought it would make the perfect picnic blanket.  I got the pattern from Thimbleblossoms.  I love how it turned out.  Sherlock may have wiggled into a couple of the pictures,

February pics

Not a lot to report for the month of February. I guess the highlights were going on a date with a guy from Arizona who was passing through Utah., going to Spaghetti Factory on Valentines Day with the parents and Justin's Family, making scones with Tasha and Conner, and last, but not least Jared and Conner pretend they were dogs and getting in the dog kennel.  Here's to a great March.

Fun With Pictures

Well the first month of the year has come to an end.  These are all the pictures I took for the month of January for goal off my bucket list.  Its hard to remember everyday to take a picture, but I only missed one day. I guess that's pretty good.

Big life change

The biggest life adjustment that happened to me in 2013 was getting a dog. My dad called me in August and told me my future dog was born. I just kind of giggled and wrote it off.  Well then he kept asking me if I wanted a dog, and I told him no.  He eventually convinced me to give it a try. It was a huge adjustment, and some days I still wonder what I got myself into. I do think having something to take care of is good for me. I put a vote out on names for him and most people voted for Sherlock so that's what I went with. 

Jared is Sherlock's biggest fan!
